AI-Generated Content Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how Seriously Sorted® and Lauren Davies use artificial intelligence tools in the creation of content, the development of products and programs, and internal document production. Our intention is to be transparent about how AI is used, protect the integrity of our work, and ensure that AI remains a tool in service of human authorship and judgment, not a replacement for it.

2. Use of AI Tools

AI tools are used across a range of activities including idea generation, outlining, editing, research support, document drafting, and sense-checking content for clarity and accessibility. They are also used in the development of internal frameworks, program architecture, and business documentation. AI tools are considered supportive assistants. They extend what is possible within a working day. They do not replace the thinking, judgment, or lived experience that underpins the work.

3. Authorship and Integrity

All frameworks, concepts, methodologies, stories, and lived insights are developed by Lauren Davies. AI tools do not replace authorship. No unedited AI-generated content is published, and AI is not used to mimic another person's voice or style.
Where AI assists in producing written content, the analytical thinking, diagnostic judgment, and final decisions remain Lauren's.

4. The Practitioner Accreditation Program

The Seriously Sorted® Practitioner Accreditation Program has its own AI use guidelines for practitioners submitting assessment work. Practitioners may use AI tools to assist in producing their reports. The diagnostic process, the analytical judgments, and the client-specific findings must reflect their own original work. The assessment standard is designed to identify genuine diagnostic thinking. AI-assisted production of a report without genuine underlying analysis will not meet the standard.

5. Accessibility and Inclusion

AI tools are used in part to help ensure that content and program materials are clearly written, neurodivergent-friendly in design, and consistent in tone.

6. Privacy

Seriously Sorted® and Lauren Davies do not share sensitive or identifying personal information with AI tools. Any client or practitioner data used for AI assistance is anonymised where appropriate. 7. Labelling of Content

Because AI tools are part of the creative process across most work, individual pieces will not be labelled as AI-assisted. Please consider this a standing disclosure. If a piece were ever primarily generated by AI with minimal human authorship, it would be clearly identified as such.

8. Updates to This Policy

As AI technology evolves, this policy will be updated to reflect new practices. Updates will be published on this page with a revised last updated date.
